We accept returns or exchanges under either of the following conditions:

• The product is sealed, unopened, and in its original condition.

• There is a clear defect or issue originating from our product or packaging.

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note: Opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping will be carried out by SMSA Shipping, and delivery to Cairo and Giza will take 1-2 Business Days & 3-5 Business Days to be delivered in other cities in Egypt in Both Free and Paid Delivery
